Following demolition drive in Jahangirpuri, bulldozers to raze properties in Shaheen Bagh

Days after bulldozers razed properties in Delhi's Jahangirpuri, more such demolition drives are expected to take place. Action is expected to be taken against Rohingyas and Bangladeshis who are living in illegal properties in the national capital. There is a big campaign that Delhi's civic body is going to kick off against illegal encroachments in Delhi particularly in areas like Shaheen Bagh and Kalindi Kunj. Shaheen Bagh is the site of the anti-CAA protests that took place in 2019 and 2020.
