Retired Brigadier Shot Dead In Dehradun Firing

A 70-year-old retired Army Brigadier, VK Joshi, was shot dead during his morning walk in Dehradun after being hit by a stray bullet in a violent clash between two groups. The incident unfolded around 6:30 am in Jodi village, where two cars chasing each other opened fire on a busy road. The situation escalated further when one vehicle crashed near a primary school, and the groups continued attacking each other with rods and sticks. While some reports suggest road rage, eyewitnesses claim the clash began inside a nightclub over DJ music. The accused are still absconding, and police have launched a manhunt as investigations continue.
