2026 Renault Triber launched with new features, enhanced practicality
Renault India has launched the 2026 Renault Triber with new features, enhanced practicality, improved comfort, and a more premium cabin, strengthening its appeal as a value-focused family MPV.

Renault India has introduced the updated 2026 Renault Triber, bringing a host of feature upgrades aimed at improving comfort, practicality, and value.
Priced between Rs 5.80 lakh and Rs 8.00 lakh (ex-showroom), the refreshed Triber is offered in four variants — Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion — with feature additions now extending deeper into the lower and mid trims.
Segment-first features and improved comfort
A key highlight of the 2026 update is the introduction of segment-first features such as automatic climate control and a one-touch fold-and-tumble function for the second row, making access to the third row easier. The second-row seats can now be fully folded, significantly enhancing cargo flexibility.
Inside, the cabin receives a more premium treatment with a dual-tone dashboard and an 8-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Practicality remains the core strength
The Triber continues to build on its USP of modularity, offering flexible 5-, 6-, and 7-seat configurations. With the second row fully folded, boot space expands to a claimed 1,065 litres, making it one of the most practical offerings in its class.
Feature additions across variants
Renault has also added more value across the range. The Evolution variant now includes steering-mounted controls, a day/night IRVM, and a rear cabin lamp. The Techno variant gets key upgrades such as a driver armrest, height-adjustable driver seat, rear defogger, third-row 12V socket, front tweeters, and electrically foldable ORVMs.
The top-spec Emotion variant now comes equipped with automatic climate control, further enhancing passenger comfort.
Safety and powertrain
Safety remains a strong focus, with the Triber continuing to offer 21 standard safety features, including six airbags, ABS with EBD, tyre pressure monitoring system, and electronic stability control.
Under the hood, the Triber is powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine producing 72bhp and 96Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual across all variants and an AMT option on the higher trims.
The MPV comes with a standard 3-year warranty, extendable up to 7 years with unlimited kilometre coverage under the Renault Secure program.
