Ankita Lokhande shares old clip featuring Sushant Singh Rajput and pet dog Scotch

Ankita Lokhande recently shared a throwback video featuring late actor Sushant Singh Rajput from the sets of Pavitra Rishta. The clip, reposted on her Instagram story, showed the former couple spending time with her pet dog Scotch, with Ankita remembering the pet in an emotional note.

In the video, Ankita is seen playing with her puppy and expressing her affection for him as Sushant watches. Sharing the clip on Instagram Story, the actor wrote, "Scotch: Ek pyaari Yaad. Scotchi Bhaiya I miss you (sic)."

She also joked in the video that she had brought someone special who had taken the place of Manav, referring to Sushant’s character in Pavitra Rishta.

Scotch was reportedly close to both Ankita and Sushant, who were in a relationship at the time. The two actors met on the sets of Pavitra Rishta and dated for seven years after falling in love while working on the show.

Their on-screen chemistry was widely appreciated by audiences, and their off-screen relationship also drew significant attention. Sushant had proposed to Ankita on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 4. The couple eventually parted ways in 2016.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14, 2020.
