Vijay secures majority mark as Left parties, VCK back TVK

Security has been beefed up in and around Rohtak where Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh is jailed. He is lodged in Rohtak jail after being convicted in a rape case.
"Nothing untoward will happen. We have put in place a multi-layered arrangement in Rohtak district. We have taken precautions to make sure that there is no built-up of mob or crowds.
