Indigo Crisis: CEO Pieter Elbers Grilled By DGCA Panel Over December Flight Fiasco, Reports Amit Bhardwaj

India Today Senior Correspondent Amit Bhardwaj reports that Indigo CEO Pieter Elbers is appearing before a four-member high-level DGCA committee. The probe addresses the 'massive disruption' and 'fiasco' that impacted the airline in the first week of December. Bhardwaj states that Elbers is facing 'very direct questions' regarding the operational failures that caused chaos at airports. The committee is mandated to file its report and recommendations within 15 days. Based on these findings, the Civil Aviation Ministry may take 'serious action' against the carrier.
