No place for arrogance in government: TDP's Nara Lokesh after victory in Andhra

In an exclusive interview with India Today's Consulting Editor Rajdeep Sardesai, Telugu Desam Party's (TDP) general secretary Nara Lokesh spoke about his party's resounding victory in Andhra Pradesh assembly elections, Lok Sabha polls and more.
On coming back to power in Andhra Pradesh, Nara Lokesh said, "I take my victory as I take my defeat. It's very humbling. I think it's a great lesson for all the policy makers that there is no place for arrogance in government. You know, a party that got 151 seats in 2019 has been reduced to 11. So people's mandate is quite clear. They want people's governance."
