BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari will be sworn in as the next Chief Minister of West Bengal in Kolkata tomorrow.
Uttar Pradesh BJP MLA Shrikant Sharma said it is unfortunate that many died due to violence during protests against the amended citizenship act in the state.
"It is unfortunate that so many people have died during the protests. Many police personnel have also been injured during the protests," Shrikant Sharma told India Today.
Shrikant Sharma also said that people involved in the vandalism during protests against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act will be identified. "Nobody has the right to take the law in their hands," Shrikant Sharma said.
