A day after announcing that his party was ready for an alliance in case the Congress party approached him, Pragtisheel Samajwadi Party-Lohia (PSPL) chief Shivpal Yadav on Monday said his party was in touch with the grand old party.
"I am in touch with Congress. Talks are on," Shivpal said.
Stressing on the importance of an alliance in the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls, Shivpal also said, "Without the secular alliance fighting together, the BJP cannot be defeated. We have a very small group."
