Sushil Modi denies any rift with JD-U, says will fight polls projecting Nitish as CM face

Bihar Deputy CM and BJP leader Sushil Modi denied any rift between his party and Janata Dal-United in Bihar.

Speaking at India Today Conclave East 2019, Sushil Modi, "Though, the state elections in Bihar are far away, we will fight the polls projecting Nitish Kumar as the chief ministerial face."

Video: Vijay takes oath as Tamil Nadu CM amid loud cheers and chants

TVK leader C Joseph Vijay on Sunday took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu amid a sea of supporters, his friends and family, and several political leaders. Eight other TVK leaders were sworn in besides him, as ministers in the new government. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also attended the ceremony.
