Talking about the success he has garnered in such a short span of time, he said, "I think every patriot should protect the country from its government. That's what I did. You can kill me, but you can't kill my ideas democratic ideas."

Sanjay also expressed his belief in the idea that the maximum amount of satire can be derived from the government of a country, because of the way it feeds on its people.

Satirist Sanjay Rajoura graced the Mind Rocks Summit Bhopal 2017, and opened up in a session moderated by Kaveree Bamzai, Editor-at-Large, about his ideas on social issues. He even shared how he quit his job in the US to come back to the country.
