Yash postpones Toxic release again. Here's what he said about new release date
Yash has postponed the release of Toxic from its earlier June 4 date. He said the completed film is being held back to align a wider global rollout.

Actor Yash has announced that the release of his film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has been postponed, and it will no longer arrive in theatres on June 4 as announced earlier. In a statement shared on Wednesday, he said the film is complete and will now be released on a later date that is aligned with its worldwide rollout.
Sharing the reason for the change, Yash said the response to the film at CinemaCon strengthened the team’s belief that Toxic should reach its “fullest potential worldwide”. He added that the makers are currently aligning global distribution and partnerships, and said the film would come to theatres across the world soon.
In his statement, Yash said, “There are films we make, and then there are films that remind us why we fell in love with cinema. Toxic has been one such journey (sic).” Referring to the film’s presentation at CinemaCon, he said the “overwhelming global response” reaffirmed what the team had always believed about the project.

Earlier, Yash had also compared Toxic to the Oscar-winning film Sinners. Directed by Geetu Mohandas and produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups features Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth and Tara Sutaria.
