The Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) on Friday took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared images of the Chandrayaan-3 lander, taken by the Chandrayaan-2 orbiter.
Chandrayaan-2's Orbiter High-Resolution Camera (OHRC) currently has the best resolution around the Moon, Isro wrote on X. China had requested for a bilateral meeting between President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, government sources.
China, on Thursday, released a statement saying that President Xi and PM Modi "had a candid and in-depth exchange of views on current China-India relations and other questions of shared interest on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit". It said that the meeting took place upon India's insistence.
This is the first time that PM Modi has brought up the border issue directly with Xi. This comes ahead of the G20 summit in New Delhi next month.
