J&K: When will normalcy be restored in Valley?

Meanwhile, in Jammu and Kashmir, the communication blackout continued as phone and internet services remained suspended on Tuesday for the ninth consecutive day. The home ministry has written to Twitter asking the microblogging site to remove eight anti-India accounts spreading fake news and inflammatory information in the new Union Territory.
