Few months back when Kapil Sharma bagged the 7th position in Forbes Celeb 100 list, and his show was raking in TRPs, it was hard to imagine his downfall. However, everything seems to have changed after his mid-air fight with his colleagues when he hurled a shoe at them.
He probably did not know that the shoe was coming back like a boomerang to hit his career. Post the fight, his friends and colleague Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar, Chandan Prabhakar and Sugandha Mishra quit his show, leaving him with Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakravarti. The show's ratings started to dip post that.
From 7 million to 3.9 million, in just over a month of the fight, Kapil's show's ratings have fallen drastically. And now there are talks of the show going off air.
Things will definitely be uncertain for Kapil if the show indeed comes to an end. While offers are pouring in for Sunil, Kapil for the time is only getting negative publicity
