Can Chandrababu Naidu bring the opposition together?

Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu came to New Delhi today to meet Congress president Rahul Gandhi and other leaders of the opposition parties. TDP has recently severed ties with the BJP and is not part of NDA anymore. Will Chandrababu Naidu be able to cobble up a united opposition against BJP for 2019 Lok Sabha elections?
