Indrani had turned an approver in the INX Media corruption and money laundering case against Chidambaram and his son Karti. Sources said the CBI team will be questioning Indrani as they want clarity on certain financial transactions as part of the corruption case. A special court had on Monday allowed the CBI to question Indrani Mukerjea in connection with the INX Media corruption case.
