Actor Trisha Krishnan drew attention on Sunday, May 10, after attending the swearing-in ceremony of actor-turned-politician Vijay, who took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu at Chennai's Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium following his party's landslide win in the 2026 Assembly elections. When she tried to exit the venue, she was mobbed by fans and reporters.
Trisha arrived at the stadium with her mother, Uma Krishnan, and was seen watching the ceremony alongside Vijay's family members and other prominent guests. Her presence at Vijay's oath-taking quickly became a talking point on social media amid growing reports about their relationship.
The situation turned crowded after the ceremony ended. As Trisha made her way out of the stadium, a large group of reporters and fans gathered around her, with several trying to get her reaction to Vijay being sworn in. Despite being jostled and questioned from different sides, she remained calm and continued to smile as she moved through the crowd.
