Karnataka Governor invites BJP to form government; Congress to approach Supreme Court

Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala has invited BJP to form government in the state. Following the development, Congress is preparing to knock on Supreme Court's door. The Congress-JDS combine had earlier approached the Governor with signatures of 117 newly elected MLAs.
BJP is facing allegations of horse-trading as H D Kumaraswamy claimed that Rs 100 crore are being offered to each MLA for his support in the assembly.
