Apple announces Mothers Day Sale: Up to Rs 10,000 discount on iPhone 17 Pro, MacBook Neo, iPad

Apple has quietly kicked off its Mother’s Day Sale in India, giving buyers a chance to save on some of its most popular devices. The moment users open Apple’s India website, they are greeted with a festive message encouraging last-minute gifting ideas. Behind that banner is a lineup of offers on iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watch models and AirPods. While these are not direct price cuts, Apple is offering instant cashback deals through select bank cards, which can lower the final amount during checkout. The sale is now live on Apple’s official India store and includes some of the company’s newest products, including the iPhone 17 Pro series and MacBook Neo. Similar to Apple’s previous festive campaigns, the savings come through ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and American Express cards in most cases.

MacBook Neo and MacBook Air get discounted

One of the biggest highlights is the newly launched MacBook Neo. Apple continues to list it at its original price of Rs 69,900, but buyers can get Rs 3,000 instant cashback using eligible cards, bringing the effective price down to Rs 66,900.

However, shoppers comparing prices may notice stronger deals elsewhere. Vijay Sales is currently selling the MacBook Neo at Rs 66,490 without bank conditions. The retailer is also offering an extra Rs 4,000 discount on select SBI, Axis and ICICI cards, making the deal more attractive than Apple’s own website.

Apple’s latest MacBook Air with the M5 chip is also part of the Mother’s Day Sale. The 13-inch version, launched at Rs 1,19,900, gets Rs 7,000 cashback and comes down to an effective Rs 1,12,900. Apple says the reduced amount is shown during checkout itself.

For premium buyers, the MacBook Pro lineup also gets offers. The 14-inch MacBook Pro with M5 chip drops from Rs 1,89,900 to Rs 1,79,900 if you use eligible bank cards to claim a cashback offer of Rs 10,000. The 16-inch MacBook Pro with M5 Pro chip is also available effectively at Rs 2,89,900, down from Rs 2,99,900.

Still, Amazon currently appears more aggressive on the MacBook Air M5. The 16GB + 256GB variant is listed at Rs 1,04,900, and with an additional Rs 3,000 HDFC Bank offer, the final cost can fall to around Rs 99,900.

iPhone 17 Pro, iPads and Apple Watch also discounted

Apple’s smartphone offers are mainly focused on the premium iPhone 17 Pro series. Buyers can get Rs 5,000 instant cashback on the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max through the official website. This brings the iPhone 17 Pro down from Rs 1,34,900 to an effective Rs 1,29,900.

Interestingly, Apple is not offering any official cashback on the standard iPhone 17. Buyers looking for a lower price on that model may need to check other retailers like Vijay Sales, where it is currently selling for Rs 77,990 against its launch price of Rs 82,900.

Tablet buyers are also getting offers this season. The latest iPad Air models in 11-inch and 13-inch sizes come with Rs 4,000 cashback. The standard iPad and iPad mini are listed with discounts of up to Rs 3,000.

Apple’s wearable and audio categories are also included. The Apple Watch Series 11 gets Rs 4,000 cashback, while the Apple Watch SE 3 receives Rs 2,000 off. Buyers interested in audio products can also save up to Rs 4,000 on AirPods Pro (3rd generation) and AirPods 4.

With the Mother’s Day sale now live, buyers may want to compare Apple’s official offers with deals on Amazon and Vijay Sales before making a purchase, as outside retailers are in some cases offering lower effective prices.
