KK Mishra stated, 'His son was not the one who was on the wheel, it was a driver instead.' Amidst the mounting legal pressure, the accused has reportedly been moved to Delhi citing a medical emergency. CCTV footage of Kanpur Lamborghini crash surfaces as police probe tycoon's son

This report examines the latest developments in the Kanpur Lamborghini crash involving Shivam Mishra, the son of a prominent tycoon. New CCTV footage has surfaced showing the luxury vehicle hitting pedestrians and veering onto a footpath in a VVIP area. While the defence claims a 'ghost driver' was at the wheel or that a medical emergency occurred, eyewitness videos allegedly show bouncers pulling Mishra from the driver's seat. The investigation has faced scrutiny due to several police lapses, including a delayed FIR that initially omitted the suspect's name and the lack of a timely medical examination. The Kanpur Police are expected to file a detailed report in court today, presenting seized evidence to establish who was actually driving the car at the time of the accident. The incident resulted in several injuries but no fatalities, though the victims sustained grievous wounds.
